Privacy

Zavva Holdings, LLC, 515 North Flagler Drive, Suite 350, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, United States, operates SongMyGift. Email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com for privacy requests. This notice is a draft.

What we collect

• The story you type: names, relationship, occasion, memories, a phrase, genre, tone, and your note.
• Your email, so the receipt has a destination and so we can answer you about the order.
• The lyrics and audio we generate, and the order status.
• Payment status from Lemon Squeezy (paid, refunded, amount). We do not receive or store your card number. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment under its own policy.

Why

We use the story to write and host the song, the email to identify the order, and the payment status to decide when generation is allowed. We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

A draft on your device

The form keeps what you type in sessionStorage in your browser until the tab session ends or you complete checkout. That copy stays on your device.

Counts, not profiles

We count five events on our own server: visit, form start, checkout, paid, and share. A visit and a form start are recorded once per browser session, using sessionStorage so a refresh does not count twice. Checkout and paid are recorded on the server when those things actually happen. Share is recorded when you use a share button. The log stores the event name, the time, the page path, and the order id when there is one. It does not store the story, and it does not store your IP address. For abuse limits, a salted hash of the network address is kept with recent timestamps and then discarded as the window expires. There is no advertising profile.

Reaction videos

If you record a reaction or a lyric clip, that file is created in the browser and downloaded by you. We do not upload it.

Where it lives

The app is built to run on Vercel. Orders and audio are stored on the server disk in local demo mode, or in a private Vercel Blob store when that token is set. Music and lyric providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Stability) receive the prompt needed to generate the song only when their keys are configured and only after payment.

How long

We keep the order so the gift link keeps working. Email us and we will delete the story, lyrics, and audio we host, unless we must keep a payment record. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own payment records.

Children

Buyers must be adults. A song about a child, such as a birthday, is allowed when the story is not sexual. We do not knowingly let a child purchase.

Your requests

Email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com to access, correct, or delete the story and song we hold, or to ask about a refund. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We will not punish you for asking.
