Refunds

A SongMyGift order is US$9.99, plus any tax Lemon Squeezy adds at checkout.

We refund in three cases:

• The file doesn't work and can't be fixed.
• The product is materially not as described.
• A duplicate charge.

Each order includes one new version if the first song misses. A song that plays, follows the story you submitted, and simply isn't to your taste is what that new version is for. “Materially not as described” means we failed to deliver a working song and gift page built from that story.
